The new Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson has made his second big signing (the first being Serbian winger Milan Jovanovic) since taking over the reigns of Rafael Benitez by getting the former Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole to sign on the dotted line. Cole was a free agent after his contract with Chelsea expired in the summer and he decided to leave the club for “political reasons”, at his time at Chelsea he scored 40 goals out of 282 appearances winning three Premier League titles and two FA Cup along the way.
