Craig Levein showing best odds to be the next Scotland manager
November 17, 2009 · Print This Article
George Burley was sacked as the manager of Scotland following their 3-0 defeat at the hand of Wales at the weekend; this does not come as a shock to any Scottish fans as he had only won 3 of his 14 games in charge of the side. The former Southampton and Ipswich manager boss leaves the job after 22 months in charge taking his assistants Terry Butcher and Paul Hegarty along with him.
Current Dundee boss Craig Levein is leading the pack as the favourite to be installed as the next manager for Scotland, also featuring are Gary McAllister and Jim Jeffries.
