I’m a celebrity eviction betting with William Hill

November 24, 2008

It looks as though ex Eastender Joe Swash may well be the odds on favourite to win at 5/6 I’m a Celebrity 2008, but the surprise story of the this years Celebrity has to be Timmy Mallett, who has seen his odds slashed from 33/1 to 6/1 and has been made the second favourite by William Hill after his fantastic weekend which has seen viewers loyalty moving from Joe to Timmy.

Earlier indicators had made Robert Kilroy-Silk look like the first evictee but since he has done so well in the bush tucker trials it looks like ex -policeman Brian Paddick is the one being backed to be the first to get the boot from I’m A Celebrity with just over 60% of the early money, one to look out for is David Van Day who has attracted a large 30% of the eviction wagers.

“Timmy Mallett has gone from zero to hero and he could easily go on to win this,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

4/1 Robert Kilroy Silk
7/1 Nicola McLean

The British hopeful Lewis Hamilton knows that if he finishes the Brazilian Grand Prix in at least fifth place he will secure his first world champion title.  The McLaren driver holds a seven point lead over Felipe Massa the Ferrari driver, to stop him Massa must win the race and Hamilton must come in sixth place or lower or worse not finish the race for Massa to claim the title.

William Hill are giving odds of 1/8 for Hamilton to win the drivers Championship and 9/2 for Massa.

  • 11/8 West Brom
  • 13/8 Bolton
