The tabloid and reality television sensation that was Jade Goody has been laid to rest for less than one month and already there is serious talk that there will be a musical made to celebrate her life and Ashley Jensen then female lead in the Ricky Gervais program Extras has emerged as the main contender to play Jade.
A spokesperson for Paddy Power said “The tragic story of Jade Goody touched the hearts of millions and what more fitting tribute to her colourful but sadly brief life than a musical?”
