All eyes in the racing world will be on Flemington Racecourse when The Victoria Derby starts as it marks the beginning of the Melbourne Cup week which climaxes in the Melbourne the race that is refereed to the as “The race that stops a nation”. Yamahas Jorge Lorenzo favourite to win the Portuguese Grand Prix

The Portuguese Grand Prix is the penultimate race of the Moto GP season and takes place from the Autodromo do Estoril in Estoril, Portugal. This years MotoGP World Champion has already been crowned on the 10th October this year when the Spanish rider Jorge Lorenzo came third in the Malaysian Grand Prix, this was 4 races before the end of the 2010 season and was helped by his early wins in the tournament (so far he has came first in 7 out of 16 races).
